Liberty Advanced Nursing is our clinical partner for complex private-duty care, under the direction of its Doctor of Nursing, Dr. Keisha Rollins-Monroe. When the care plan requires skilled, high-acuity care at home, this is the team that delivers it.
Who They Are
Liberty Advanced Nursing provides complex private-duty care for the most demanding care plans: high-acuity patients who need licensed nursing in the home, around the clock or on a schedule, and who would otherwise face a facility placement or a stalled hospital discharge.
The agency is led by its Doctor of Nursing, Dr. Keisha Rollins-Monroe, who sets the clinical standards, the care planning, the supervision protocols, and the quality assurance behind every case. Senior Home Solutions coordinates complex care through Liberty Advanced Nursing, so families get one accountable team from assessment through the settled care plan.

Clinical oversight under a Doctor of Nursing
Dr. Keisha Rollins-Monroe is the Doctor of Nursing who leads Liberty Advanced Nursing. She holds a PhD in Nursing Education and Administration, an MSN in Nursing Education, a BSN, and LPN credentials, and she brings more than 21 years of nursing experience across intermediate care units, emergency services, and population and community health.
In her role she leads clinical oversight, care planning standards, supervision protocols, and quality assurance across every case. That means the care delivered in your loved one's home is directed by a clinician, not assembled from a staffing list.
For families, the practical meaning is simple: when complex care is needed at home, there is a Doctor of Nursing accountable for the standard of care, and a team that keeps the family informed as the plan progresses.

From that point, a care plan is created.
